Step 1

SITE EVALUATION/ HAZARD ASSESSMENT
A team of experts will visit your site(s) to conduct a hazard assessment which will include detailed questions about your operations and a final report highlighting potential issues between job type and the provided glove.
Step 2

TOMAHAWK TESTING PROGRAM
Based on your report, our team of experts will recommend the appropriate sample gloves to test, by job type, in your facility. After testing, participants will receive feedback forms where they can provide a short performance assessment.
Step 3

TEST PILOT REVIEW/ GLOVE SELECTION
Following the completion of the Hazard Assessment, our team of experts will sit with key decisions makers to review reports and make recommendations.
Step 4

GLOVE MATRIX CREATION
The Tomahawk Glove Matrix will then be created to ensure proper alignment between job type and glove. The matrix is poster sized and will be placed at each tool crib (where applicable) and will also be available electronically.
Step 5

ACCOUNT SET UP
A secure online account will be created that will make the ordering process quick and easy. Your account will be customized with logins/permissions and the appropriate ship-to locations.
Step 6

TOMAHAWK UNIVERSITY SET UP
Customers will have access to our online hand-safety training seminars which come as a six-part series. These informative seminars include a test at the conclusion of each module and tracking software that allows managers to review employee progress.
